Jesse Dinger

Jesse is a two-time graduate of Radford University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education in 2012 and a Master of Business Administration in 2021. After beginning his career in education, he joined Camrett in 2015 as a third-shift supervisor during the startup of the Riverbend facility.

Throughout his career with Camrett, Jesse has held a variety of leadership roles supporting warehousing, transportation, manufacturing support, and customer-specific operations. He has worked with key customer programs including Volvo, Gatorade, Phoenix Packaging, and Klöckner Pentaplast, while gaining experience across ten Camrett facilities throughout Southwest Virginia. His broad operational background and commitment to continuous improvement have helped drive successful customer partnerships and facility performance across the organization.

As General Manager, Jesse oversees Camrett’s Wytheville and Bluefield operations, leading teams focused on safety, customer service, operational excellence, and growth. His diverse experience and collaborative leadership style help ensure consistent performance while supporting the evolving needs of Camrett’s customers.
