Jeff Fleshman

Jeff joined Camrett in August 2001 as a Driver/Material Handler after building a strong foundation in warehousing and logistics with D&S Distribution. During his 10-year tenure at D&S, he advanced from shipping and receiving operations to Warehouse Supervisor, where he oversaw sequencing operations supporting Volvo production programs.

Over more than two decades with Camrett, Jeff has held a variety of operational and leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in transportation, warehousing, customer service, and logistics management. His hands-on industry knowledge and commitment to operational excellence have made him a key contributor to the company’s continued growth and success.

As General Manager of Transportation, Jeff leads Camrett’s transportation operations, focusing on safety, customer service, fleet performance, operational efficiency, and team development. His practical leadership style and deep understanding of the business help ensure reliable, high-quality transportation solutions for Camrett’s customers throughout the region.
