Wes joined Camrett following a distinguished 37-year career with Volvo Trucks, where he held a variety of leadership roles in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations. Throughout his tenure, he played a key role in numerous outsourcing initiatives and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, developing extensive expertise in customer service, operational excellence, and strategic supply chain management.
As a graduate of Randolph-Macon College, Wes brings decades of industry knowledge and a unique understanding of customer expectations to his role at Camrett. His experience working closely with both internal operations teams and external logistics partners provides valuable insight into building successful long-term customer relationships.
As Director of Operations, Wes supports Camrett’s eastern locations while serving as a key liaison for one of the company’s largest customers. His deep industry experience, collaborative leadership style, and customer-focused approach help strengthen strategic partnerships and drive operational success across the organization.
