Vic Allen

Following his graduation from George Wythe High School, he served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer before pursuing higher education at Wytheville Community College. He joined Camrett in 2007 through a temporary assignment supporting a seasonal Gatorade repack project and became a full-time employee in 2011.

Throughout his career with Camrett, he has held a variety of leadership positions, advancing through the organization to oversee operations across multiple facilities. His experience includes managing customer programs and logistics solutions for industry-leading companies such as Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, Pepsi, Gatorade, TRW Automotive, and Somic America. In addition to his operational leadership, he has played a key role in the administration of Camrett’s warehouse management systems and the oversight of the company’s ISO 9001:2015 quality management program.

As General Manager of Business Development, he leverages his extensive operational knowledge, technology expertise, and customer-focused approach to identify growth opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships. His unique combination of operational leadership and business development experience helps bridge customer needs with innovative logistics solutions that support Camrett’s continued success. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Conduit, a software development company specializing in warehouse logistics platforms.
