Melissa Dempsey

Melissa began her career with Camrett in 2000 as a Dispatch Clerk and has advanced through a variety of leadership roles during her 25-year tenure, including Dispatcher, Transportation Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Safety Manager. Her diverse operational background provides a unique perspective on workforce development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

As Director of Human Resources and Compliance, Melissa leads the company’s human resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, policy administration, regulatory compliance, and strategic HR initiatives that support Camrett’s continued growth. She has played a key role in developing company-wide personnel programs, supporting new facility startups, and training managers across the organization. Melissa earned the Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) designation from the International Warehouse Logistics Association in 2012 and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2025, reflecting her expertise in both logistics operations and strategic human resources leadership.
