Jason joined Camrett after a distinguished 21-year career with Fontaine, where he most recently served as Director of Volvo Operations. Throughout his career, he developed extensive expertise in manufacturing operations, process improvement, customer relations, and operational leadership while supporting one of the industry’s most demanding supply chain environments.
Having collaborated with Camrett on numerous projects over the past decade, Jason brings a deep understanding of both organizations and a shared commitment to operational excellence. As Director of Continuous Improvement, he leads initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, optimizing processes, reducing waste, and driving sustainable improvements across Camrett’s operations. His experience, leadership, and customer-focused approach play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth and long-term success.
