Caleb Garman

Caleb joined Camrett Logistics full-time in 2018 as a Diesel Mechanic after spending two summers as an intern under the mentorship of Keith Garman. Prior to returning to Camrett, he worked at Brown & Sons to broaden his experience in diesel repair and gain additional exposure to shop operations.

Caleb began developing his mechanical skills while attending Arnold R. Burton Technology Center, where he completed a three-year vocational program focused on diesel technology, shop operations, and general mechanical repair. After graduating from high school in 2014, he joined Penske Truck Leasing as a Diesel Mechanic, further expanding his technical expertise before returning to the company where he had always envisioned building his career.

Committed to continuous improvement, Caleb has dedicated his career to ongoing professional development through industry associations, manufacturer training programs, and technical workshops. In 2024, he earned his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), further strengthening his understanding of the transportation industry.

In June 2024, Caleb was promoted to Shop Manager. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of Camrett’s maintenance shop, leading the maintenance and repair of the company’s fleet of trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment. He works closely with operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while serving as the primary point of contact for the company’s maintenance needs.
