Vision Statement
Camrett Logistics was designed to offer material solutions to growth oriented
manufactures and product distribution companies. Offering the services of having
a private fleet, logistics and warehousing services without the concerns and
liabilities of managing your own. Through Camrett Logistics our customers will
enhance their production capabilities and ultimately their profitability.
Camrett Logistics was started by Collin Peel in 1995 with one straight truck
and a 10,000 square feet warehouse in Wytheville Virginia. In 1997, Camrett
expanded to a 72,000 square feet facility in Rural Retreat. In 1999, increased
their truckload operation to a second site in Salem, Virginia. Acquired their
second warehouse and transportation in 2001 when they bought out the Virginia
operations of D&S Distribution, in Dublin, Virginia. By 2007 Camrett had 4
warehouses and over-the-road transportation services in three states. In 2008,
Camrett sold the over-the-road transportation portion of the business, allowing
Camrett to concentrate on their third-party logistics.
